Steve Fogarty is an experienced safety and health professional who assists organizations in drafting a wide range of documentation including:
- EHS Manuals, Procedures and Work Instructions
- OSHA Required Safety Programs, including Hazard Communication
- Development of Employee Training Programs including Web-Based Training
Previously, Steve was the EHS Manager for a specialty chemical company and a technical specialist for a manufacturer of toxic gas detection equipment. He has practical expertise in developing EHS programs and procedures to meet OSHA and EPA requirements and in designing employee training programs that work.
Thea Dunmire is an environmental attorney who specializes in using a management system approach to meeting environmental and occupational health and safety compliance obligations.
Since launching ENLAR Compliance Services in 1997, Thea has helped companies in a range of sizes and a variety of industries implement EHS management systems – from small electronics recycling facilities to large complex chemical plants.
She has actively participated in the development of management system standards at the international level for over 10 years – including being a designated U.S. Expert for several standards. She participated in developing the OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001 standards and in the revision of ISO 19011:2011 and ISO 14001:2015. She is the Chair of the ANSI-Z1 Subcommittee on Auditing.
Thea is the author of a number of articles and a frequent presenter on management system topics at professional conferences. She is the author of a monthly newsletter on professional ethics and a regular blogger on OH&S and environmental management system topics.
Thea has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law. She is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). She has been active in the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for over 30 years and is an AIHA Fellow.
